Please Help - Worried about my Puppy

My puppy Coco (11 weeks old) had his second vac's on Wednesday morning. All seemed fine.

BUT since Thursday he hasn't quiet been himself? He normally has a routine. He wakes up at 6.30am, plays, goes back to sleep at 9.30ish wakes up at lunch time, will play until after I walk him at 7pm then sleep after his walk, wake up around 9.30pm and then go to sleep when me and dp go. Thursday and Friday though that was all out of whack, he slept pretty much ALL day and night and he wasn't very playful when he was awake.

Since last night he has been panting most of the time, like breathing much faster than normal. He is eating and drinking heaps though so not sure if that is a good sign but Im worried.

Does this normally happen with animals after vaccinations?

sounds normal to me...Kids can be quiet too after vax! When our puppy had her first lot her face swelled up like a bulldogs face (shes a mini foxy):laughing: All was good tho. Give him a couple more days see how he is, if hes not better take him to the vet

To be honest..I haven't really noticed a change in my pets after vacc. The only thing I can think of is...when a baby gets their needles, they can have a temp, be grizzly, unsettled and sleep lots, so maybe this is what our pets go through to?
Hope he gets back to himself soon:)

Hi,
vaccinae reactions are very rare and usually occur within 24hrs after the injection is given so it is probably just coincidental, if you are worried call your vet and see what they think
