I have a 6 month old DD & ttc num,ber 2!
I know exactly what you are talking about with the friend's thing. My friends have deserted me because i got married & had a baby. They think i am far too young to be doing anything of the sort & they just ditched me. Bugger them i say, i would rather have my daughter anyday than them.

Hi all, I'm from melbourne too, only moved here 16 months ago, so the friends i made here are kinda not wanting to talk about my expanding waistline all the time, or at all really, i feel so lonely sometimes, my partner loves my bump, but just isnt as excited about it as i thought, well thats not true, he is really excited, he just isnt acting exactly the way i thought he would. i thought he would be affectionate all the time, constantly touching my tummy etc. and i guess i pushed him away alot in my first trimester cos i had such bad morning sickness and mood swings, but now its settled, he is still a bit on eggshells with me. I'm sure it will get better, but there are just some things i would love to talk to other pregnant women about, not necessarily questions or fears or anything, just day to day how we are coping, how life is changing so quickly etc. i think this night duty is getting me way too sad!!! Better cheer up and be my regular self.
