How to conceive a boy

DH and i are waiting to try for a boy.

I have just finished my AF and my o date is roughly the 10th Feb.

Do you know of any ways to determind if you will fall with a boy?

Any tips would be great

sorry to say but i believe its all up to luck...its the sperm that determines the sex....so i dont think it matters when u are ovulating etc :confused:

There is a link somewhere around here about "influencing the sex of your baby". The only part i remember about for a boy is you need to bd on the day of o cause boy swimmers swim faster but die quicker than girl swimmers. There is also a diet that can help? (I'm trying for a girl so i only skimmed over the boy stuff)

I've read that most mum's of girls have a diet high in dairy......well I have never really liked dairy products and certainly didn't have much when I conceived DS. I'd have a smidge of milk in my tea or coffee and enough to make the cereal the wet but that is it.

My DP is a Man's Man and we also eat a high volume of red meat.

Also, if I have a snack it is usually savoury or salty

i dont know how i conceived two girls... they weren't planned... :rolleyes:

You need to do the deed on the day you are ovulating - not "around about" the day, but on the day. And don't do it during the few days before because that favours a girl.
Do a google search on the Shettles method. It explains it all.
We used this to conceive our son but you really need to be sure about when you are ovulating.
As others have said it's more tipping the odds in your favour, there are no guarantees...
