Having A Cold

Is it okay to continue to breastfeed while you have a cold ?
Will bubs catch the cold from you?
What cold medication (over the counter) can I take that won't affect bubs ?

Your bubba will be quite safe :) S/he won't get the cold from your breastmilk - and if she does catch it from germs in the air, then your breastmilk will be the best medicine, s/he will get all your good antibodies!

As for medicine, panadol is safe. For anything else make sure you ask at the chemist and tell them that you are a BF mother and they will recomend a product for you :)
