Once ds got a bit mobile...rolling we lowered ours!! Before he learnt to pull up!!

The general rule of thumb is when they can sit up - to avoid the pulling up and falling out scenario! :eek:

We left the rail down until she could sit up and then lowered the base when she could pull up and def once the rail is about mid chest height.
