Its normally about 3 - 4 weeks before dog starts to show... depending on size of dog. The nipples really do give it away!!!
Dogs pregnancy last for 62-64 days in total.....
And about 2 weeks before birth you can see them moving and even feel them..... couple of days before birth she will start to nest...
All the signs above are right, but to make matters worse, dogs can have something called pseudo pregnancy. It's a hormonal thing, dogs have all symptoms of pregnancy, but are not pregnant at all. Best way is to ask your vet to do either blood test - takes 5 mins to get result, but call them first if they have them or have ultrasound done - earliest at 21 days after last mating or after end of heat - i.e. no more discharge.
Good luck!

Thats right it can occur like that some people call it phantom pregnancy! one of my friends dog had that it had ALL the symptoms but was not pregnant the only way she found out was at the vets it is the only way to really find out more
