Hi everyone! I thought I would start a thread where we can give each other handy weightloss tips. I am really trying to lose weight at the moment, so any little handy hints will be of great use. We'll do the tips in the form of a list, so that people dont have to read every post (if they dont want to).
I'll start the list off.
1. Drink cold water rather than water straight out of a tap. The body uses more kj to convert the water to the body temperature after consumption than if the water was at room temp to begin with :D
