Hi there
I have something a little embarrasing to talk about.
When I was pg with my second baby I started to have pelvic floor troubles. Specifically these troubles included whenever my DH and I, well, did the business Valentine in the morning I could barely walk or stand for the rest of the day. The pain was terrible I couldn't stand for longer than say 5minutes continuously without having to sit before I fell.
Anyway after I had my bub that problem disappeared but was replaced by another. Now once a month when my AF arrives I have the same pain (perhaps not as extreme) but only for one day. Its a real inconvenience, last month I had the pain on Christmas day and this month was yesterday when my sister in laws father's funeral was on.
I don't have any other problems like embarrasing leaks when I cough/sneeze/laugh and I do my pelvic floor exercies every 2nd or 3rd day I would say.
I'm wondering do you think this is from pain is from my pelvic floor or could it be related to something else? Does anybody else suffer from this?
Thank you so much in advance
Sharn
