I just wanted to start this thread for some of us to share our experiences with MCN WAHMs who have just come out with the most amazing customer service and have bent over backwards to leave us feeling great about our purchases :yelclap:
I really think that manyof them deserve to be talked up with other clothies! :yes:
Today I emailed Sustainable Hemp Products to find out where my invoice was so that I could pay for my soaker- I had opted to pay by direct debit but something was wrong with their email system and I didn't get the usual order confirmation with their banking details.
Wasn't long before Michelle rang me- we sorted it out and I got my email- she had ALREADY posted my soaker out to me so that I would get it sooner :D EVEN though I was yet to pay!! I had such a great chat to her- she didn't have to mail it out yet but did anyway. She discussed lanolosing and washing wool and made herself available for me to call back if I ever had any questions at all seeing as that was my first wooly order.
