Hello Everyone,
I was curious to know what everyone is planning? My husband and I have decided on an Active/Natural birth at the RPA birth centre in NSW.
Does any one else have any idea what sort of birth they want...obviously pain free would be great otherwise...Natural:party: , water:gloomy: , home, hospital:detective: , c/sec, elective c/sec, any ohers I may of missed:wizard: ???
I hope you are all well

I plan on having a natural, drug free, active birth in the birthing centre at the Womens & Childrens Hospital.
Same as the last two times! But if it doesn't happen that way i'm not too fussed, i have learnt to take labour as it comes, no need to write out a birth plan and all, it never goes to plan anyway!

Im pretty easy. I learnt with DS to just take is as it comes.
I'd like to have a natural drug free birth as I did with DS but its hard to predict the outcome.

Yep I'll be going to Ipswich hospital and going with the flow. I had a pretty complicated long labour last time so I can't guarantee I will be going drug free this time, depends how long it all takes.
If it's 30hours again there will be drugs involved lol!!
In my perfect scenario I would have about a five hour labour, dilate perfectly and have no need for anything but gas (I didn't have an epidural until 15hours in last time), my baby would not be posterior and I would have no trouble givng birth.
But I am not epxecting that to happen so I am preparing for another hard slog lol, not that I mind I love my babies and wouldn't get my hugs and kisses from them everyday if I didn't go through it all!
