My name is Jo and i am 28 and have a daughter of 5 months and was wandering if anyone was out redcliffe qld area for get togethers?

I am a 25 yr old single mother to be, due in about 5 weeks. I am moving to Redcliffe in 2 weeks time and am very worried that I will be isolated and lonely due to not knowing anyone or the area. To top it all off I also rely on public transport. That said, I am determined that I will get out as often as I can, no matter how hard it will be. I am wondering if there is anyone in the area who would like to catch up with me, or perhaps people who can tell me about any mother's groups that may be in the area.
