weight gain?

is it normal for me to gain weight after stopping breastfeeding??
has anyone else had this problem??
ever since i stopped about 2 months ago i have just been gaining weight...
its either that or i am pregnant again... or just getting fat!!
any ideas??

Sure did - in a matter of 2 weeks after I stopped bf I put on 4kg!

Basically, when you bf your body chews up the calories that you put into your body. When you stop bf you need to make sure you are not consuming as many calories as your body isn't burning up as much and hence the weight gain!
