:hugs: Please don't feel like a failure, you are by no means a failure. If the bf relationship is over, take the time to greive, it really is a big loss. But if you still want to keep trying, head down to your dr and see if there is anything they can give you to help. Some fenugreek helps some ppl.

Hi

:hugs:

\My heart goes out to you, I know how upsetting it is when you feel that its the end of the b/f relationship. If you want to carry on maybe contact a lactation consultant, there was one attached to my hospy. Or call an ABA counsellor. Also there is a thread on here somewhere for lactation boosting cookies.

Can I ask how you know that you have no supply

You are not a failure. Remember that you can still have that beautiful bond and closeness with your baby when you bottlefeed. There is always help at hand. Sending you lots of :hugs:

I was all set to give you big hugs (her's one anyway :hugs: ) but then I read on and saw that today is going better for you :smiliedance: .

I notice that my supply drops off a bit in the heat, I have to MAKE myself drink more water. One of the gal's on our Oct 06 Baby thread suggested Fenugreek for me too, it must be good stuff, apparently helps with head cold too. I'm going to try and find some!

Thanks girls i have already rang the bf councellar,as well as emailed them and then i went to see my doctor also,i have done the things suggested to me.

I cant take fenugreek cause apparently it lowers your blood sugar levels and i am diabetic.

That's great to hear!

Drink plenty of fluids and REST - it takes a lot of energy to make milk
