Toddler seat attachment

Umm I have the Roger Armstrong "Elfin" 3 wheel stroller, and as it's too early to start ringing round the shops yet I am asking those of you who are up at a decent hour :D...

What I would like to know is, can you buy a toddler seat attachment for it?
