Hi Ladies,
Well I've been away from the hub for a few weeks- major withdrawals! :(
DH and I have been going over our finances and realise that we need a little extra $ to keep us going over Christmas and beyond. We don't want to leave DD with people we don't know and child care is so expensive, we feel I'd be working just to pay for that! I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any advice of where to start looking for work that I can do from home?
Thanks heaps in advance! :)

Really depends on what your interest are ie lots seem to be doing party plan.
There are data entry jobs but these seem a bit hard to come by, suggestion on this forum is to call your local temp agency (don't expect a great deal of help!!!)
A friend of mine looks after peoples pets while they are on holidays - there are a ton of these ideas ie ironing at home, etc.
I'm not doing any of these just some ideas that have been mentioned on here before.
What is your working or interest background?

Thanks for your response! I've been off the hub for a while - (again) and haven't had a chance to see if anyone had finally ;) responded!
Before DD, I was working as a PA to the manager of the business, so data entry etc would be great for me. I might check out the temp agencies as you suggested - I actually worked for one before my last job. Otherwise I'm thinking of looking into the party plan things - I had two pm's from people about this.
It's funny how your confidence goes down though, once you've been out of work for a while.
Thanks again - and have a great day! :)
