Quality disposable nappies – no compromise!Bambo Nature nappies have all the features you look for in a premium disposable nappy, but the manufacturing process is environmentally friendly.

Gentle on baby’s skinThe allergy tested raw material used in the manufacture of Bambo Nature disposable nappies contains no PVC, perfumes, moisturising lotions, optical brighteners or chlorine, reducing the likelihood of your baby having an allergic reaction or rashes.
Bambo Nature nappies are also free from MBT, DBT, TBT and latex.

Absorbent core with biodegradable starchBambo Nature's highly absorbent fluff pulp core also contains a superabsorber made of 100% biodegradable wheat starch. So while your baby is happy and dry, you can be satisfied that Bambo Nature nappies have been manufactured with the environment in mind.

Manufactured with the environment in mindBambo Nature is the only nappy to have been awarded the Nordic Swan Eco Label (http://www.svanen.nu/Eng/default.asp). The Swan Label requirements assess the nappy's environmental impact during its whole life cycle, including the way the nappy is produced and the way the raw materials are chosen and handled.
The production process minimises the consumption of energy, factory emissions and the use of environmentally hazardous substances in the product. State-of-the-art techniques are used to save and recycle raw materials wherever possible, and the manufacturer reuses all production waste.
The Danish manufacturer uses 100% biodegradable fluff pulp from a controlled Scandinavian forest where more trees are planted than are felled. The pulp used is oxygen bleached, not chlorine bleached.
Even the packaging is produced with the environment in mind, using only materials which can be 100% recycled or incinerated.

The most expensive nappy by Bambo Nature actually works out to 75c per nappy (15kg-25kg)... Not sure where you got the $2.40 from...

And hey - the sample is free! $0.00

I got a sample way back in March 2006, and have resorted to these as my disposable of choice for travel when I can't use cloth.

DS has sensitivr skin and eczema and reacts to most other disposables, but we have had no issue with these.

I buy mine at Macro.

we were going to use these before I started making cloth nappies.

I ordered a sample about 6 months ago but never recieved it.

Will buy a packet for days when I can't use cloth.

They are equivalent in price to disposables which makes them about the cheapest eco friendly nappies around which is good.

I accidently ordered 2 samples (seperately) when i went on a big freebie/sample spree on the internet

I got both of them within days of each other to!

They look pretty good to me... will have to wait another 7 months to try them out though! But i am VERY interested in using them as an alternative to normal disposables. However because you buy them in bulk im not sure if i will pre order some before bubs is born just incase they are not as good as the normal disposables and im left with 180 nappies that leak or something.... I am interested to hear of others' experiances that have tried them...
Do you think they are as good as normal disposables.. i.e the Huggies branded ones?

NicoleE - I tried DD in the nappy last week, and there were no leaks, and it 'held' really well. I have found with the new Huggies that DD gets a soggy bottom really quick compared to the old ones, but the eco-friendly one was really good.

I have recently converted to cloth, so really no need for disposables anymore, but if I ever did need them, I would buy them

I use these all the time (changed from huggies) and find them to be excellent. I get mine from a sydney based company that I am probably not allowed to name on here.
