I though we could do with a is it normal thread.

I have a few things going on that i would like to know if they are normal or not so i thought why start a new thread for everyone when we can just use the one.

Well, I'm fairly emotional... I don't, but could easily cry at the drop of a hat...

That's fairly normal... are you all :crying: too?

I have to stop reading the 'other thread' - the one that seems to be giving sooo much grief... too emotional for me... makes me scared...

I have my scan next Thursday 5.30 - :fingerscrossed:

still feeling nauseaus 'off&on' - just not really :barf: anymore... sleeping better too... might be the extra hours I've been working...

Looking fwd to my varicose vains AGAIN...in my (TMI) girly spot...just great...

Tingles, I am the same with the emotional thing. MS also starting to wear off (&on), but i am sleeping worse than i was before - getting up more during the night, and having trouble getting back to sleep.

Very vivid dreams too - one the other day about McDreamyValentine hehe. DH thinks it's hilarious.

I had a really bad pain just under the bottom of my rib yesterday - really sharp, and lasted for a minute or two, then went. haven't had it again. I had read about someone in i think general chat mentioning same sort of pain, so i wasn't hugely worried. I was told i would get funny pains anywho.

I am very emotional too but I assumed that was "normal" ??
DH wants me to stay away from Bub Hub because every time I walk out of the study I am in tears from reading all the heart-breaking news from our August girls :crying:

M/S seems to have subsided. Still can't eat meat or a lot of foods. Nipples are getting HUGE and dark. 12W tomorrow - YAY! We have a scan on Monday morning.

I am having very vivid dreams too - either quite violent, or quite sexual :o !!!!

Take care of yourselves and your precious bubbas girls :hugs:

Congratulations on making the 12 week mark Tara!! :yelclap:

I'm feeling very emotional too but more of a cranky girl than a sad girl. Watch out world!

Um big fat yup!! I have been taking benefibre, which is the new stuff on the market you can't even taste it so it's good for if you have m/s and can't stomach the really grainy stuff and admittedly it is making a difference, have you tried taking fibre?

:o anyone else constipated?

YES! But it can change daily from constipation to almost diarrheoa (sp?) so i'm too scared to take anything. My Ob recommended Fybogel - it's an sachet of orange flavoured stuff you just have in a glass of water.

Um - Shorty, i can't relate to your "funny fanny feeling" I'm afraid!

have you tried taking fibre?

I have just started taking the metamucil fibre caps so hopefully that gives me some relief! I've never had this issue before, it's bloody annoying. I hate the feeling that my insides are filled with gunk and my body can't get rid of it properly. I had a couple of colonics when I was getting fit and healthy for my wedding. They were uncomfortable but I felt so great after, light as a feather! Wonder if you can have a colonic while pregnant?

I've had similar pains, it's like pulling and stretching? I think it's the uterus on it's way out of the pelvis. Apparently it starts moving up around week 12? Don't quote me!

I've had lots of the pulling and stretching pains. Varies between left and right side, middle, lower, higher, .... can be quite painful.

Shorty, i've had bad back pain too. It's not nice, but i'm sure it will get worse the bigger i get - although i hope it doesn't.

*toddles off to make stuffed spud *

Just wondering if anyone has had any pain low, like near pubic bone (sorry TMI), similar to cramping, but i don't think it feels like cramping IYKWIM?
