Swollen Labia

As i was drying DD (1y/o) after her bath i noticed she was red and swollen around the clitoris area.
At her last nappy change she was fine.
I tried to have a closer look but she kept laughing and squirming, so I just dressed her and will check again in the morning.

The only thing I can think of is that she was riding her bike around for about half and hour before dinner/bath but with the padding of the nappy I wouldn't think there would be any rubbing.

Any ideas?

I'd check her in the morning, and if things still don't look right I'd check with a doctor or pharmacist. I'm not sure what it could be, but I don't think you can be too cautious with little kiddlets :)

This morning the swelling has gone down a bit but I have taken her to the doc anyway just in case.
I need to collect some urine for testing, might be a UTI.
He has given me a little bag I need to stick on her to get a sample.
Just need to wait on the results now.:fingerscrossed:
