Hi My Names Shantal. I'm 24 Years Old, I Have A Wonder Partner Named Tony, Two Beautiful Boys Named Braeth 3 Years Olds And A 4 Month Old Little Boy Named Kalen. I Live In Rockhampton And Back Being A Full Time Mum Again. I' A Baker/pastry Chef By Trade Comes In Handy For The Birthday Cake. I'm Not Planning To Go Back To Work Any Time Soon. The Cost Just To Send Them To Daycare Its Not Worth It. Its Going To Cost Me More Just To Daycare The What I Get Payed!!!!!!!!!! So We Will Soon Try For Another One And Once They Have All Gone To School Then I'm A Free Woman

Hi Shantal, I'm looking forward to a piece of the cake when its baked, I can smell it in the oven allready from Ireland :D . I have 2 boys 5 and 4 and a daughter whos 4 months whos nearly ready for cake so you'd better post a big slice. Good luck with number 3 we just found out that number 4's due in June 06 :eek: so maybe you can bake an extra cake just for us !
