Made my first cloth

Well I did it! Its a little too big for my little bub, but it fits my daughter perfectly. I'll adjust the pattern the next time I try. I have enough pul left over to make myself some cloth pads, think I'll make a hemp innter, a PUL base and a flanelette top? Does that sound about right?

Looks great! Keep up the good work! As for the mama pads thing, i'm not too familiar with them myself - would love to get in with the whole cloth pad thing, but we have a share laundry where we live and the washing machine is used by 2 other tenants. I'm not sure if they'd be too happy if they knew i was washing those sorts of things in the same washing machine they use to wash their clothes! I would think that the combo you said would be ok, though?? Someone with more knowledge will come along soon and give you a tip, i'm sure...:D
