Hello everyone. I am currently looking at Warragul Hospital because I have been told they have a very good VBAC program. My other options would be Dandenong, Frankston, Monash or possibly Mornington... or go into Box Hill or Angliss. Or home. I really would prefer home, but it is causing friction with my husband.. so I am back on the hospital line. Has anyone had a similiar deliema and how have you made up your mind? Was Warragul all that it has been made out to be? What things could I plan for that could make my experience more positive no matter which hospital I end up going to? I don't have private health insurance so that reduces the options somewhat. I want to avoid any offers of epidurals, cfm and would really like the option of a water supported labour and water birth if possible. Also shared care with midwives is really important to me. I also don't want to be treated like I am a trail of the scar... I'd rather be treated like a first labour and birth and contend with emergencies should they arise... being classed as high risk annoys me!!! arrgghhh too much to think about
any one have any thoughts?
