Does anybody know how many points a tony ferguson shake is ?
I am dieting and sticking to weight watchers points but I like the tony ferguson shakes and sometimes have 2 shakes for meals and a weight watchers frozen meal. But I dont know how many ww points the shake is? just to keep track of my points so I dont go over my 18 points a day.
Anyone know?

I really don't have any idea... but I think I might be able to help you figure it out.

Now, I'm not 100%, but the most effective way to lose weight is by lowering the calorie intake (eating healthier/smaller portions), and increasing the calories you burn off (exercising).

I believe the WW Points system is made to take the effort out. Instead of counting up to 1000-1200 calories, you've only got to count up to a small number... making it easier.

Perhaps you could check out some other foods you eat while on WW. Check out the kJs or Calories on the TF shake packet (1 calorie = approx. 4.1kJs, btw), and then look at some of the other stuff you're eating. Be sure to check out their fat content too. Find one that's similar to the TF shake, (fat and calories/kJs) and then I'd assume that it's 'about' that same amount of points!

Hope that helps you a bit!

The Optifast ones are only 2 points each!

If you post the kilojoules and saturated fat, I can work it out for you.
