You were so helpful before, I hope you can help me again.
I travelled a long haul flight to Australia with baby (about 35 hours in total) and beastfed him all the way including stopover with no problems. On arrival, due to the stresses of time-change, jet lag and sleep difficulties, baby cried alot when I wanted to breastfeed, so I was only doing so in the morning and before bed. I was having really slow let-down and we were both getting really upset. I had to revert to formula.
Now on return home, he refuses to breast-feed at all and screamed on the plane when I I even showed him the breast. My milk supply seems ok. Baby is 7 months old with 2 solid feeds per day. He is still really fussy and jet -lagged but I would like to get him off the formula at least morning and bedtime feeds.
Can it be done?
