i do have a great support system. all our families have been here with me and we are all supporting each other.

it was a sudden accident, so sadly we did not have time to say goodbye. the shock has affected all of us and we seem to be in denial or disbelief.

it means so much to me to know that you all are thinking of us. thankyou.

i do wish i had told dp how much i really did appreciate what he did for us, instead of waiting for him to appreciate what i did. it always seemed a competition over whose job was harder. i was on my way home and thinking how i would tell him that afternoon how much i did appreciate what he did, how hard he worked for us, how i could never do what he does for us.
he didn't come home.

i look around at his things and how annoyed i would get about him leaving dirty socks on the floor or all those things.....and now i see how truly insignificant they really are.
