Hi all
I'm putting together a scrapbook of pictures for my dad's 60th and wanted to know if there is some kind of software I can download from the internet to jazz them up a bit i.e put a nice boarder around them or make them oval pictures etc etc.
Can anyone recommend one that they have used.
I plan to just print out the pictures on nice paper and present it in a book to him.
I'm also going to post this under "games and fun stuff forum".
