Hi there!!

I have been on Bubhub for a while now and didn't even realise this section existed!! Goes to show how slow I can be! :)

Hoping to meet some other Feb 06 Mums.

My name is Susan, and my DH and I have our gorgeous little man Owen who was born on Feb 17. He is our fist bub and I am loving it. He is our little Buddha Baby as we call him because he LOVES his food - and he seems to take after his Mum in the sense that everything he eats goes straight to his thighs!!

Can you believe that all our Feb bubs are going to be 1 soon??? I cannot believe how fast the year has gone.

Anyway - just wanted to join in the fun.

Cheers!
S

Hey there Sueliz!

Congrats on almost making it through the first year hey!!! :yelclap: Owen looks like a v happy chappy

I am jo, and my DD is Ruby, and she was born on the 28th Feb. Half of me wishes she was still that new little bundle of wonder, and half of me is loving watching her go!! Theyre fun arent they!

So, tell me, crawling? walking? tooshies?

Ruby also has a budda belly, but can be a bit picky sometimes, mostly a great baby though, sleeps well (:fingerscrossed: ), and always has pretty much. Only just managed to commando crawl, is v verbal! and has 6 teeth.

And is sleeping now! :smiliedance:

Look forward to hearing from you & chatting more

Jo

Hi Jo!!

You Ruby looks like a beauty! All that hair and those gorgeous eyes. She will be driving the boys crazy in no time.. :)

Owen only just really started commando crawling too, just after Christmas - he is very firmly of the belief of why move around when either someone will do it for you - or bring you what you are wanting. He loves pulling himself up and standing - although he then gets stuck and can't figure out how to sit down again which is pretty funny.

He too is pretty vocal - but then again I am a real talker so I think he makes so much noise just to shut me up! :D He has 8 teeth and about 4 more coming through and he too is a good sleeper (touch wood).

I kow what you mean about missing them being newborn but loving watching them grow. It's just amazing to see them really develop their own personalities isn't it? Owen is a real flirt - especially when he thinks he can get some food out of it. And he is such a Daddy's boy - I get a little jealous sometimes, (which is a bit embarrasing to admit)

How are you finding the firt year then?? Any moments stand out to you??

Sounds v cute!

Gee, what stands out????? I think this commando thing was pretty big as I was starting to get a bit worried about her! She, like Owen, seems to think 'well, i'm quite happy here, why move?'...v laid back bubbas we have i reckon!

Oh, the first time she mimicked me dancing - i wasnt even trying to teach her, now she does it whenever theres music on!

I have always felt we are so lucky, not just to have them, but that it hasnt been as hard (:fingerscrossed: )! as i thought, the night feeds dont last forever...thank god! And, she's a pretty happy thing. What about you?
