Im sick of this morning sickness and I cant sleep at night. This is like the 4th night that I have lay awake, the last time I check the clock is about 4.07am then I am woken at 6.30 with DH alarm and Bailey.

Im not coping at all. Between that and this constant vomiting.

What can I do? I have tried warm drink before bed, bath before bed, a heat pack, DH gives me a massage too. I just cannot sleep regardless of how tired and exhausted I am.

By the afternoon I just cannot function at all. Its terrible.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:hugs:

First of all :hugs:

I haven't been sleeping either, it's weird, because i am absolutely exhausted!

Have you talked to your Dr or middie about it? They might be able to sugest a few things, otherwise i don't know. You could always go to the chemist and see if there are any herb tablets you are allowed to take, see if they work? But of course i'd ask your doc first!

I hope it gets better for you soon hun!

I would see your doc again, he may get you into hosi for some fluids which will help you feel a bit better. Maybe ask a friend to come over and help for 2hrs so you can get some sleep and it's not too long someone to have to watch ds!!

Baileys Mummy - I hear ya!!! I haven't slept well since I fell pregnant. I think I've had maybe 3 hours sleep the last 2 nights. I am a walking zombie. It is really screwing with my fasting levels. I think I'll be on insulin soon... :crying:

I'm starting a new plan today though:

1 - Get some daily exercise. I am so tired though, that excecise is the last thing I want to do, but I am going to make an effort - but not before bed cause that causes insomnia. :)

2. No mind stimulation before bed. eg, no computer, no reading (where you have to really concentrate), I'll just have to flip through magazines. No cross words/find-a-words etc...

3. Have a warm shower/bath and warm drink.

I'll see how that goes...

Baileys Mum how are you going? I just notice this thread. Hope you are finally getting some sleep, did you get a chance to have an afternoon sleep. My only suggestions other then the very good one here, is having a really hard/boring book to read by your bed. I know it may seem silly, but it does help sometimes, if your mind is concentrating on other things, it will help clear it. As well as helping you get back to the sleepy phase. :fingerscrossed::hugs: for you, hope its getting better.
