I'd do another test and whatever the outcome go and get checked by your Dr.

The bleeding could have been "impantation bleeding" if you are preggers.

Do another HPT and see what it says, if thats inconclusive then go to the Dr's.

I agree with the above post. It could be implantation bleeding. I got this with all three pregnancies within two - three days of ovulation. That an a small amount of cramping confirmed to me that i was pregnant well before i tested. The first and the third pregnancies went on to babies the midddle i had a miscarriage the day i tested at around 4 - 4 1/2 weeks.
You should probably test again.
