Current weight: 125.5 kgs
Mini Goal weight: 100 kgs
Hi i'm a newbie with a 2 1/2 y/o girl and month old son, atm i am a sahm with absolutely no motivation for exercising and was wondering what everyone else was doing that was a little easier so that i don't get discouraged by taking on too much! I am 160cm with 18e chest and i weigh 90kgs. The worst thing i think is my ability to fold my stomach, i hate that! Help????

I find it easier following the weight watchers points system even though I no longer go to the meetings.
Ab revolutionizer is a great little machine that's helpping me get 'rid' of the horrid baby belly. Won't happen over night but it damn well WILL happen!
I go walking with DD most days to:
- the mall to get fresh fruit/veg
- meet my sister for a healthy breakkie
If I can't head out then basic yoga is good.
Check your local area for stroller walking groups. I live in Labrador & there are a couple here which are great.
well ive been terrible, i think im back up to 71.... its my bday on fridayb and was hoping to be bout 65 considering i was 67 last year this time!
yes:yes: the weight watcher points are good to follow, I also got a couple of excercise videos of ebay...... not that ive had a chance to do them yet....
well there my few hints..... if anyone got any :wizard: to weight loss, would be nice to know!!!!

At the moment I weigh 68 and would like to get down to 60ish.
Am currently breastfeeding DD and when I get oragnised will use the CalorieKing meal plans.

Well I think that I am doing well. Here are my stats for the last 2wks:
Start Weight- 73kgs
Todays Weight- 70.5kgs
Todays Weight- 70.5kgs
I actually feel great. I want to lose another 3 or more kilos before the 10th of feb. I will do it!
I use the mikibo site to keep me on track they set out a daily plan for you. And its all free. Works out how many kilojoules you need to burn off. Oh well I find it quite helpful.
Can I join?

I keep meaning to put the evil scales away, because they said that I put 3kgs on in 2 days :eek: WTH?? Then I weighed myself before dinner (yes I know, not the right time to weigh) and I had lost them again!
could someone please tell me what calorie king is?

i think i am going to start lite and easy tomorrow, im sik of being this weight, clothes are geting too tight!!

To keep me motivated, I have this nice top I recently bought and it is hanging on my cupboard. Each time I see it I am like I will be wearing you soon.
well i have ordered lite n easy!56 bucks and i get 5 meals, i was going to get the whole day plan but that was 117 bucks! and besides i eat ok up until tea time.hopefully this works!

yeh its not easy is it taddy!
well i started lite'n'easy and i cant say its as good as home cooked meals but the benfit is the weightloss!

I am exactly the same as superjac tired and hungry all the time. I weigh 92kg now. Before I fell pregnant I was 70kg (wasn't really happy with weight then). When I was pregnant i got up to 120kg and stopped weighing myself- now i am all stretched feel terrible and am sick of people asking me if i'm pregnant. My daughter is 6 months old and admittedly i don't do much exrecise. My way of coping at the moment is making jokes by putting myself down- sort of letting everyone know that "yes i know i'm fat" if that makes sense. Its also depressing that heaps of my friends have also had babies and they don't even look like they've had one!!! Big whinge I know! Sorry!! Would like to join up with everyone for motivation and support- hubby is wonderful but need help during the day when he's not around!!!
hi alby, welcome, you need to fine an eating plan that works for you, weight watchers is quite easy, you can eat what you want but just gota count the points.i too have friends that have had babies and still look like a supermodel! suks hey?
Thats what we are all here for to help motivate eachother and help eachother to achieve our goals.
With DS2 I put on over 30kgs I also stopped weighing myself. When I started my weightloss challenge (6wks ago) I was 73kgs and know I am 68kgs. My goal is to get to 52kgs or about there. I was 48kgs (underweight) before I fell preggers with DS1.
I don't wat all that healthy as I find it just so hard to. I do workout at home though try to everyday.
My bit of advice for you is set little goals and work your way up from there. :hugs: to you. And welcome to our team. :wave:
