magic teething elixir!

I just wanted to let the other mums know about this wonderful teething elixir I bought from a chemist in Watsonia.
The chemist makes it up as you wait and it is wonderful. My 16 month old was having terrible trouble with his teeth (4 back ones coming out at once) and I was worried about giving him Panadol all the time, and the Bonjela just wasn't working.

It is only for short term use and it does have an antihistamine in it.
So if you're lucky enough to live near Watsonia, or don't mind travelling (like me!) definately give it a go, it's magic!

what a shame we dont leave near there! i think its a bit far to travel from Brisbane... although at the rate of these teeth i think it would be worth the trip!!
Coby is getting his four top teeth at once... and refuses to sleep!! his bottom two came through together without me knowing!! thanks anyway! ;)

Hi,

If you live in South Australia, the Womens and Childrens Hospital do a teething gel that is meant to be better than Bonjela. I found it worked well with DS1. It is $5 per bottle and can only be bought from their pharmacy at the hospital.

On the label it does say that it contains an antihistamine - which is, I guess, why it is for short term use only.
I don't know what else is in it, but you don't need a prescription, if that helps.
Telling by the time I am writing this post, I'm waiting for it to 'kick in' on Lucas now!
