I want to buy the elizabeth pantly book but found out there are two. the 'No cry sleep solutions" and the more recent one for toddlers. Can someone tell me if the first publication of hers has enough information to help me with my 14 month old as no book store around me has the toddler book. I am trying desparately to find ways to get my son to sleep for longer than an hour at night before wanting me! I resorted to ringing the Riverton call centre and that was a waste of time. Is there any midwife that has other solutions other than controlled crying. The woman said I just have to let my baby cry and I just can't do it. I am so desparate for some help and there doesn't seem to be a single professional that I can talk to that offers any other suggestions. And quesiton number two. Can someone tell me how to do the 'pick up put down' method - if that is what it is called. Please help me:gloomy:

Look it up in your local library. That's how I found it. I wasn't sure if it was the right thing for me so to save money buying it I borrowed it from the library for a coupple of weeks.
