Okay Crafty ones, I'm going to give this pattern and fabric to my dad's DW so I was wondering.. which material would be good to use (ie: Something strong.. but it's not like bub will be suspended by it)

I would probably use a cotton drill type material (like what King Gee work shirts etc are made of?) that's what the one i bought is made of.

Strong cotton blend or calico would be fine. calico is strong and thats what you will need.

I have one of these chairs (store bought) and it's made from nylon. I don't know where you'd buy some from, but it's awesome because I can wipe it clean.

I would recommend cotton drill too... something with a stronh weave... you can get some pretty cool prints in drill and they're currently really cheap at spotlight!

Another one you mightn't have thought of is the vinyl backed curtain material...

Yes I would say that calico or something similar would be ok - You will have to come back and show us a pic and let us know how you get on.
