Hi everyone,

Well sewing is going well and I have now sewn 6 nappies:yelclap: and am ready to start using on weekends while I finish the rest before implementing at daycare. I can't find hemp suitable for inserts but....I remember seeing on a website and mentioned on here that someone had really reasonably priced prefolds in small, medium and large which would also be suitable as a trifold insert:confused: (My friends overlocker I was using has stopped working and now I need to get it serviced:gloomy: .) Anyone any ideas or somewhere cheap for inserts - I also boost with microfibre too.

BTW does anyone sew and live near hornsby, NSW - I fund a bargain!!!:smiliedance:

Well.
I found this material at the fabric shop at Hornsby. It is "Water resistant" but is PUL. I tested it by putting water into some and it didn't come through even when I rubbed the material. It is only $9.50 per metre and comes in red and blue. Still have to test it out but is half the price of PUL on NET.

It's the fabric shop in westfields if anyone is interested. Even to make wet bags it is good value
