I don't notice the washing. But that is cos I am a washing machine....
How are your bins though? That is why I would hate. Its hard enough without sposies in the bin.

I too have a confesion to make... Skyla has been in sposies on and off since we moved. It was way too difficlut having her in cloth while moving as the washing machine didnt come ontime etc...etc.. you know how it goes
Now shes out grown all her covers and shes in mainly TF as we only have 2 GK's so its difficult
BUT I have 4 new nappies arriving next week:D

It hasn't been the best weather for drying at the moment has it!

Thats been my problem too! Im too cheap to run the dryer all day, so i have been using sposies instead. Shame on me:shame:
ah, so glad you posted this.
i felt quite bad over xmas as i went throuugh two packs of sposies too.
my dp is not as supportive as i would like of cloth and i just felt with chrissy and all that it was easier to have him help with nappy changing. also it allowed me time off from the washing, yep i was lazy and slothful over xmas.
i also was offline and it is so great to be back and get support from other clothies, ya know i don't know any clothie addicts irl. not well enough to go on about it with:o and that kinda keeps me motivated iykwim.
but i am happily back in the clothies now and don't know what i was worrying about. the washing hasn't overwhelmed me after a break.
i wish my slack dp would realise how great cloth is, for the environment and our wallet. and just see it's not that hard to work out which nappies need stuffing and which nappies need covers.
and yes it's not that hard to wet a washer if lo needs a bum wipe. for goodness sakes:banghead:
A couple of weeks ago when our soaker was smelling pretty bad and I didn't have any lanolin yet, we put DD into a sposie...by morning not only did the smell of the sposie nearly make me :barf: but her all-over body rash came back
So now we don't have any backup. It's cloth all the way now!
