question about order of teeth coming through

hi jacinta who is 7 and half mths has her two bottom teeth but yesterday i notice she has two teeth up the top not the two front ones the ones next to that on the rusk box (if any of you have these ) number 3 teeth have come through not her two front teeth my two boys got their 2 bottom teeth first then there top two teeth is this strange or does this happen thanks

That is just a rough guide on the box of what is most common..
As with everything they are all different and will come through when they are ready.. my son has 10 teeth (18 months) but still does not have his bottom middles... so its no big deal just your little girl wants to be different.. :D

ETA - he also got his top outside ones before his top middles..

EJ got the bottom ones and then the one next to the top middle ones also and then the 2 middle ones - i always thought it would be the middle ones 1st from the top teeth also
