Does anyone else find that when they are losing weight they actually look worse for a little while? When naked anyhow:laughing: . i am not all that big at 68kilos and would like to lose a little more maybe 6 kilos. However I need to do some serious toning, mostly on my arms and stomach.
As I got up to 85kgs when I had Nicholas 11 months ago I guess I just have to expect some sagginess for a little while yet. Oh well back to the gym for me!
