Just moved to Perth

Just arrived from Bristol with 3 girls in tow, 8, 6, and 2. Currently living in Palmyra area, but considering moving to Kalamunda. Anyone else around nearby? Would love to hear other's experiences as new arrivals and appreciate any tips on offer!

Hi there,

Welcome to Perth and to Palmyra! We moved here from the UK nearly 5 years ago and have lived in Palmyra for about 3yrs. My husband is originally from Portsmouth and Im from N. Ireland and we have a 12 month old son.
We don't have any family here and didn't know anyone when we got here so its taken a bit of getting used to! We are Australian Citizens now and are very settled here. We thinks its a great city and a great place to have kids and we love the area we live in.

Hi and welcome to Perth :wave: I moved to Perth about 12 months ago from South Australia. I have two little boys aged 3 and 3/4 and 21months.

We live in Bateman which isn't that far from you.

While I am not from the UK I have a couple of friends here are that are from the UK.
