Hi everyone

Im going to sign up for net banking and Im wondering if anyone can tell me what the fees and charges are like?

I was also wondering how long it normaly takes to process a transaction from suncorp to another financial institution.

Oh and how much does it cost to transfer from suncorp to other banks?

I have looked on the web site but cant find anything about fees and charges and after spending 1hr on the phone to them yesterday I dont feel like calling- what a suprise:rolleyes:

Hi Country Bumpkin, I am pretty sure that is costs 30c to BPay, $1 to transfer to an external account. They charges have only come in the last couple of months, it used to be free. It usually takes about 2 working days to clear into another non suncorp account.
Hope this helps.

as far as I know Suncorp doesn't charge you for net banking or for any transactions done through net banking... that's how it was when I used that bank.

Edit: Oooer, apparently it does charge. Thank goodness I dumped htat bank.

My partner and I both used to work for them and still have all our accounts there and it all depends on what type of accounts you opened up. Our accounts attract NO fees on internet banking at all. For external transfers it all depends on the receiving bank as to how long but I always tell people to allow 3 working days.

it all depends on what type of accounts you opened up.

The account is just an everyday options account......with a Visa Debit and a sub account attached:yes:

I'm not sure about the fees, but I can say that I never even attempt to call them. Once you have net banking set up, and log in, at the top of the screen there is a drop down box, with an option to contact them. I always send an email and they get back to me via email in a day or two. Its much easier that way.
