how are you doing it, weight or cm's


im using a tape measure... i do it once a week, i prefer this, if i used scales id be on them everyday...fretting.

i know how many cms i need to lose to get to the next size, its actually quite rewarding:D

hi I would be doing both. I am a weight managemetn consultant and I tell al my customer to weigh and measure every week.

I tell them this because at some stage the find that they will plateau. So if they measure they find that they have lost cm's even though they may not have lose kilos and they still fell they are getting somewhere
