Mostly i'm not as active - with the bleeding i can't even go for walks more than 10-15mins, so no shopping either!

Oh, the other thing is i used to have a glass of wine at night, which i am sorely missing.

I have stopped drinking, I love a good glass of wine so I am missing it a bit. I found it difficult over the silly season, espcially as not many people knew we we pg.

Other than that, I stopped exercising due to m/s and being so tired but I am getting back in to it slowly. Saw the trainer at the gym and he's given me some great exercises to do - light weights, gentle cardio, pilates and swimming. He also recommended doing LOTS of pelvic floors - 25 reps, holding for 5 seconds and do it at least twice a day! Something to do at my desk at work!!

My exercise has dropped off because of ms and tiredness but again, starting to get back into it.

No wine although I have sips of other peoples!

No more bbq chickens from the take away/Woolworths. Cook my own now when it ain't 100 degrees outside.

Eating more fruit (craving it) and drinking sick amounts of water. No more green tea either, back to black tea, caff. free.

This pregnancy I feel alot more laided back. I'm not as fussy if that makes sense? I still eat cold meats (fresh only), seafood etc. I was more anal the first time round.

This time I feel fine about mat. clothes. Refused to buy or acknowledge them last time round. Hated the thought of wearing "big" clothes. Hated people commenting on my tummy size but now, don't really care.
