feeling pregnant

i havent had af since october so i went to the doc in december and she did a pregnancy test and it came up negative. she didnt really know how to do the test so she may have done it wrong i dont know.

just since christmas i have been feeling pregnant. i never felt pregnant before then so i wasnt surprised when the test came up negative. Dh doesnt want me to do a test because he says if it came up negative with the doc it would still be negative also he doesnt want to face the thought of another child.

i know the only way to know for sure is to test again but really what are the chances of it being positive.

do you think i feel pregnant because im drained. i work alot in physical work, i have a 14 month old who relies on me almost solely for her food intake, in the 2 months since oct i have only had spotting at the time of my period no actual flow and im under alot of stress.

i dont know, i change my mind from one minute to the next about testing but i feel preganat and feel quite sick and have lost my appetite just as i did with dd number 2.

You could always go fro a blood test.

Just for peace of mind get a HPT and do it...At least if its a BFN you can rule it out.....

i was the same as you, i am bfing and hadnt had AF since Oct and was feeling dizzy, nauseous and all the above but then AF decided to visit this week.
not sure what happened?

:hugs: I think you should do a test...either go see a dr or just do a HPT first...all the stress of not knowing wont be making you feel any better.

My home pregnancy test were positive but the dr's was negative.

I would go and get a blood test.

BTW what sort of Dr doesn't know how to test properly? I'd go to someone else for second opinion. I did as my dr at the time (who was not my regular) sounded like he didn't know squatidly dot.

My third was a surprise and shock and I didn't or wasn't ready for this third one but hey I just have to accept the hand I am dealt with (I mean that in positive was not horrible negative way).
