Lite n Easy WORKS!!!!!!!

:yelclap: I have been on lite n easy for just under a week and i have already lost 2 kg. I can't believe it!!!!!! The food is nice, i am not hungry!!!!!
I had to share it with u because i didn't think i could do it. It is expensive but within a month or so i could stop as it is about portion sizes. My motto before was 'if it tastes good, eat it' BUT NO MORE!!!!
I feel great, have excerised 4/5 days this week and am soooooooooooooooooo happy.

It just proves that everyone can do it (if u have the money as the plan i am on- 3 meals a week costs $120?!?!?)

Woohoo Congratz for you!!! I wanted to do try them, but would spend more than what we do on a normal food shop, haven't got the money to be doing that at the moment! Goodluck to you though :thumbsup:

I have just come off there web page where I have ordered it again, I have a thyroid prob ATM & this combined with my medication should put me back in the right direction.

when u went off lite n easy, did u re-gan the weight quickly or not at all? I am scared that i will do all this hard work but will put the weight straight back on?

No it is normal food just small portions & well balanced, you could do it yourself but having it all done for you makes it easier to get on track!!
I have a thyroid problem & that has been my STRUGGLE since DD was born(only just found out after 2yrs of diets & fitness:banghead: ) I was fighting a losing battle.
Anyway as long as you don't go of it & eat far more than you should & stay active all should be good :thumbsup:

Yeah Wazza:smiliedance: That is so good. I have been on Lite n Easy for 5 weeks and have lost 6.2kgs. I feel great. I though I would do it for a bit of a kick-start, but now I am going to keep going for a while until I get closer to my goal. My mini-goal is to lose 10kg before Feb. I don't know if I will get there, but I am going to damn well try!

3 meals a week costs $120? I did Lite'n'Easy (can't rave about it enough, it was excellent) and the full plan (b'fast, lunch, dinner and snacks) for 7 days a week was only $113.....and that was only two years ago?????

Maybe different prices in different states??

Sorry- i did mean 3 meals a day, seven days a week. It cost $119 last year because that's when i ordered but it has gone up to $121
