Do you still cheak your CP & CM after you know you have already O? i do and im starting to think maybe i shouldnt as it might be stoping me from geting pregnant what do you think and do?? Thanks

I don't think or do anything, just go with the flow, I don't see any point in checking your CM after O, checking your CP though does have some benifits as it all changes once your preg

I wouldn't be concerned that doing this could change the outcome of whether you are pregnant or not. If the little guys are in there, then they are there to stay. :thumbsup: All the best.
