Cake makers where is an expert!!!

I need some help!!! I am trying to get DS's cake organised and I am coloring the sugerpaste but how do I get brown??????

I tried but it turned out a funny grey/red color!!!

i had this problem a few years back - i gave in and went and bought a tube of brown icing from the baking section at the supermarket. It worked great.

I mixed Red & Green food dye & got brown, I tried different measurements of each & got all different shades of brown.

Cocoa or you can get powdered colouring from cake decorating shops. They work better than the liquid ones from the supermarket.

Ok I went to the cake making shop and I got some brown chocolate flavoured sugarpaste. I gave up trying to do it myself it just looked wrong.
I have until friday to make this cake :eek:
