Hi all,
Just needed to 'chat' to people who know how it feels. I've had more bleeding today, this time more than last time, and (sorry if TMI) enough to soak a liner. It was a bit watery, but there was a bit of pink/red colour to some of it. I had my scan yesterday and everything was fine, so they (FC) don't want me to go back in today but they want me to have bloods again tomorrow. Actually, they just called and said that i need to have a scan tomorrow too and that i have to rest.

I just feel at such a loss. They keep saying that if it's watery it should be ok, and it's probably just from all the hormones i've been on for the past 6 months, but then they say i need another scan (this will be my third in 2 weeks). But i keep worrying and thinking the worst.

Just hoping someone has had bleeding on and off too, and understands how i feel.

Just wanted to say I know how you are feeling and try not to worry :hugs:

I have had some bleeding/spotting twice now - once on boxing day and again on new years day. I was sent for a scan and given the all clear. The Dr seems to think it can be pretty common in early pregnancy.

But they did figure something else out - we found out that my and dh's blood types are incompatible (I am RH- and he is RH+) and I need to get an anti-D shot (injection) today to make sure it doesn't effect the baby and any future prenancies. Here is some info about it:http://www.**********.com.au/article...tive-pregnancy. They are only giving me the anti-D injection now because I have had some spotting.

Even though my scan results were fine it is still really scary! I hope you don't have to go through this again and the bleeding stops all together :fingerscrossed: Though I have a friend who has bled her entire pregnancy and she is six months now - they say the baby is perfectly healthy.

Thanks girls. I had my scan, and the baby is fine - heartbeat at 167bpm, and growing well. Sac is in tact, and there's a good lining around the outside.
We worked out the common factor in the 3 bleeds i've had - i've been for walks for at least 15 mins before. Yesterday i went into the city with MIL and SIL and walked around for an hour or so. So, no more walks like that. No more vacuuming etc (oh, no, i'm so devastated about that:D ), and i have to 'take it really easy'.
So glad my little pea is ok.

I just wanted to pop in and say that I had bleeding on and off for five weeks, between weeks 10 to 15. It always seemed to happen after any sort of activity, so I pretty much ended up on bed rest for that whole time.

I had scan after scan after scan at the time, and bubs was apparently oblivious to it all. They have never found a reason for the bleeds.

I'm now 35 weeks pregnant btw.... I wish you the very best for the remainder of your pregnancy and take comfort in the fact that I know EXACTLY how it feels... you're not alone

:hugs:
