Hi,
my twins have very slight eczema and i was curious to know how tight did people stick by the eating plan that you can get from your community nurse? My 2 are nearly 9 months and i really want to be able to give them dairy and wheat.
also, do herbs and stock affect eczema? i just want them to be start eating some variety instead of just plan pureed meat and vegies. it suits me but they are getting bored.
