View Full Version : I officially start back to routine tomorrow

After a 2 week break over chrissy and the new year i start back to my excercise and eating plan... well i dont really have a plan... just lose weight and stop getting fat. lol

I have the excercise section covered as i was finding that easy to do befreo i stopped but the eating habbits are alot harder for me. I am an incredibly fussy eater so finding healthy foods to eat for each meal is a very big struggle. I have to find a way tho or i will get nowwhere with losing the weight.

My start weight as of right now is
70.5kg
My goal weight is 58kg.

Lets hope i can get there.... as fast as possible lol

Thanks girls.

If anyone has some suggestions of healthy lunch or breaky meals so fussy people tht dont eat to many vegies then please let me know.:thumbsup:
