For egg and bacon quiche, I just dice some bacon, onion, garlic, Mix it together with some grated cheese 4 or 5 eggs (depending on the size of the pastry/quiche tin) a few splashes of milk. Salt and pepper if you like.
Pour it into the quiche tin top with a little more grated cheese. Pop in the oven for about 45 mins (or until set and golden on top)
Works a treat. For a bit of variety, I will grate in some zucchini, add tomato, capsicum, mushies, corn, grated carrot, spinich. The possibilites are endless!

I don't like the thick pastry flans with a quiche, so I use my Grandma's recipe..
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 cup scone mix (acts as the pastry flan)
50g melted butter
1 cup diced bacon
1 cup onion (I miss this out, hate onion)
1 cup grated cheese
Put all ingredients in a bowl with a well fitting lid, then shake it until all mixed thoroughly. Pour into a large Pyrex Dish. Cook in 150degree oven for 40 minutes.. :chef:
You can also add Asaparagus, Salmon, just about anything you like...
