I wasnt really sure what category I should post this is so if this is in the wrong spot somebody feel free to move it!!

You know how some people say that you can go onto a specific diet whilst trying to conceive that will assist you in having a boy or a girl, depending on which you wanted there are apparently two separate diets for each gender.

What I wanted to know is.....

Well is there something like this that either the Female or Male can do leading up to conception that will increase your chances of having a mulitiple birth??

Does anybody know anythiong about things like this???

Is there a diet like what I am describing???

No.

Or not really.

We do want more and will have more.

Except Dan wants two more kids, later as in when I finish or in my last year of UNI, and I only want one more.

But I said if we had twins I would be very happy and that would mean we have the best of both worlds.

I am a boy/girl twin so is my dad and his mum and his mums mum. So I figure my chances are good.

I just hope there is such a thing.

Right at this very second I would love another bubby but this changes daily depending on how the kids are.

But I really want a career so I want/need to finifh Uni first. The is no way I will defer.

Get partners that have high multi birth rates in the family. you might be lucky this time around. BTW Clomid, IVF/ ICSI &/or, high dose of iron/ folate tables has a link to multiple births said a midwife. Only God can bless you with one or more babies per pregnancy:yes: Old wives tale/ some truth: eat more spinach = boy. :wizard: White underwear = positive births/ conception colors inhibit outcome. :shame: Nice dream but can cause much pain. Seek advise from OBGYN. Multiple births no joke often are premi babas can = lots of complications :ecomcity: All the best. 118
