Thought I might post this here first rather than the product recommendation thread.

Does anyone use the formula holder by tommee tippee that fits into a bottle?? It looks like a cup with a lid, and apparently it will fit into the bottle while the water is in there (if I read the info on it right- was a long day, so who knows!:o )

I tried finding it on their website, but no luck. I have seen the product in my local Target, but do not know which bottle it will work with.

I have one of the bowl type formula holders, but am looking to get something a little smaller as we usually only need one bottle while we are out.

TIA:)

What bottle do you use with it?

I have a wide neck 250ml tommee tippee bottle- will it fit in there with the 200ml water??

I will need to buy a couple of new bottles, as I only have regular neck size ones.

Thanks

it's the tommee tippee closer to nature bottles it fits. you can get it anywhere you buy those bottles. it's too big for regular wide necks or standard necks. costs about $9-10.

they are in a silver pack

Hi 1sttimemum2alexia:wave: , no not a silly question.

Its a container that you can hold the formula in. Mine holds up to 3 feeds, and it has a small lid, so its easy to dispense the formula into the bottle. Easier than lugging around the tin, and better than taking pre-made bottles with you.

Tommee tippee call it a formula dispenser (http://www.tommeetippee.com.au/p-feeding.asp?pk=1)(click)

Hope that helps:D

It this the one you're thinking about???

I have six bottles, plus 3 of the dispensers, but can't use them for my daughter... DH reminds me all the time about how much 'money wasted' on bottles & teats!!

Yeah thats the one.

Do you have the bigger bottles??

I was going to go and buy some today- might need to re-consider now.....

Yup, they're 240ml I think. About $18 for 2 bottles, but they come with slow teats, so I also had to buy medium, then 1 week later she went up to fast!!! LOL The dispensers are about $10 for the 3 if I remember correctly... :detective:

But she can't drink properly from them as she has a high pallet(s?) so we had to change to narrow neck bottles!!!

But apart from that, I thought they were great!!! Loved the formula dispenser in the bottle idea!!!

Yeah, had a look at them today, and decided that it would probably be a little too expensive to buy everything I would need, just to have her stop using them soon. I am trying to wean her onto the cup, so might just be best to stick to what I got for now!

Thanks for your help though:thumbsup:
